If you're like me you're looking for real people and real information about how to feel better living day to day, so I'm not going to use AI or a lot of words to waste your time. I'm a 42yo white female living in Indiana, USA. I have suffered from trauma, abuse, and health issues my entire life- which means I've been looking for help my entire life and that is why it is my wish to share the help and knowledge I've received with others.

As a child I grew up in the pediatrician's office taking antibiotics and inhalers about four times a year and missing a lot of school. After high school I had my infected tonsils out at the age of 18, which seemed to help for a while. Early 2007 I was 23yo, owning and running a horse boarding, lesson, and training stable when I was in a head on wreck, spent a week in the hospital, several broken bones (nose, ribs, ankle), and had surgery on the broken ankle with pins and screw being implanted without extraction. Later that year I had a front tooth "die" or turn blue, was told by my dentist that I needed a root canal. This procedure was done by a popular dentist and an oral surgeon that had to complete the procedure and close up the tooth. I've since learned that a tooth randomly turning blue is a sign of bone infection. An infection which was also worsened by the root canal, because they harbor infections nearly one hundred percent of the time. In 2008, those previous health issues contributed to an explosion of three months of extreme pain, illness, and nearly death resulting in undiagnosed and untreated encephalitis which caused damage to my brain and spinal cord. This all led to me becoming chronically ill and disabled with co-infections of Ebstein Bar, strep, and Lymes disease as well.

I spent 2008-2017 looking for answers and to feel better through the western medical and pharmaceutical perspectives and doctors. I explored help from nearly every kind of doctor and medical test available at the time, many multiple times to try and get a better diagnosis or idea of what was actually wrong/happening in my body. None of the tests, medications, or recommendations actually helped me. It is only now, 2026, that I am able to put all of this together with any sense of clarity.

I had been feeling results of deep tissue massage and chiropractic adjustments, so I started my holistic journey into the healing arts in 2017. I not only started this journey to find healing for myself, but for my best-friend and heart-horse Cinnabar who was aging with his own health issues. I started learning massage, herbalism, lymphatic massage, lymphatic drainage, whole food nutrition, detoxing, biomechanics, emotional healing and release, and etc.

I now see healing as a journey, rather than a destination, because we will always be learning and healing throughout our lives. I understand that while the battles I was facing were real, I was also ignoring my own intuition and body's responses- which are a lot more important to listen to than I was led to previously believe!

I wanted to know the "answers" for myself and how to actually feel better, so with my time I've researched, learned, and worked with many holistic practitioners to combine this knowledge to be used for humans and animals alike. While some physical healing may take knowledge of herbs, foods, and medicines - it's important not to forget that our emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies need healing too. It takes looking at the complete picture- not just a glance from one point of view. To achieve true healing each individual has an internal compass that will need opened and explored through their own perspective.

It's my hope that the information and coaching support provided will help guide you and your animal's lives to be healthier and happier in everyday life.
